How long does the process of getting my home on the market take?
If your home is in rent-ready condition, the entire process to get your home on the market can take less than a week.
Can I do my own maintenance?
While we prefer to handle all maintenance because it provides a much smoother resident experience, in some cases we allow owners to manage maintenance. Ultimately, this decision is made on a local level by our Team Leaders. We have the ability to handle all of your maintenance. With our in-house maintenance team, we take care of you each step of the way. We also give a 12-month warranty on all of our work!
